This programme of early interventions is important because it forms a good basis for further training as all the bodily structures become more robust and revitalised.


Perform the programme doing the exercises in the correct order for the four weeks:

Week 1 – just five exercises

Week 2 – the next five exercises, etc.

None of the exercises should cause any pain.

To avoid putting too much load on the tissue, you should only perform each exercise until you feel the first signs of tightness.  


And remember to go for a little walk each day, swinging your arms loosely.
